Spray Beach Yacht Club is run almost entirely by the volunteer efforts of our members. Exceptions to this are the Club Stewards and Club Administrator, who receive a salary. The club also hires instructors for the Junior Sailing program during each summer.
The leadership of the club consists of Officers, the Board of Governors, and a number of Committees.
Club members also participate in the management of the Club by voting in General Membership meetings and in mailed ballots.
