Spray Beach is a town located on a barrier island (a glorified sandbar) along the Jersey shore about 20 miles north of Atlantic City.
DIRECTIONS
Local:
Coming onto the island, the road ends in a 'T'. Make a right
turn onto Long Beach Blvd. Travel south about 5 miles. Spray
Beach Yacht Club will be on the right (bay side). There is a
traffic light at the entrance to the club on 23rd St. (note
that you will pass a 23rd St. within a mile after turning south
on Long Beach Blvd. - we're the 2nd one)
From North Jersey/New York:
Take the Garden State Parkway south to exit 63. Follow the ramp
onto Route 72 east. Continue on 72 about 6 miles, over the bridge
onto Long Beach Island. From there follow local directions above.
From South Jersey:
Find your way to route 70, and head east. Somewhere in the middle
of the Pine Barrens you'll come to a circle where route 72 begins.
Follow Route 72 east about 28 miles. It will bring you right
onto Long Beach Island. From there follow local directions above.
From Pennsylvania:
Make you way to Philadelphia. Take the Ben Franklin Bridge over
the river and follow signs for route 70 east. Stay on 70 about
30 miles then take 72 east at the cirlce. Follow 72 onto Long
Beach Island. From there follow local directions above.
From Delaware and Maryland
Take 95 north to 295 north (going over the bridge). Follow 295
to route 70 east, then follow south Jersey directions. Or take
95 north to Philadelphia and follow the Pennsylvania directions.
